Glock 21 10mm Conversion Reliability - Using the stock trigger on a Glock 41 pistol works great. I'm too old to compare the accuracy of different Glock barrels, but this is good.
I appreciate the date counter on the site. It sets the standard for almost all other online businesses. I had a bit of trouble placing my order, but the helpful customer service did a great job of getting me out of the way. The barrel itself seems to be made like any other on the market. Tolerances that are slightly too tight can cause initial feed problems. I did some research and discovered that the Glock 29 barrel has a shallower feed ramp angle that extends a little into the chamber. The OEM barrel also has more camber around the chamber entrance than the double diamond barrel. So I took a risk and milled the chamber inlet and feed ramp bit by bit. I now have no power issues and have successfully mounted a Glock 30 10mm. I highly recommend using a tungsten 23lb recoil spring as 10mm recoil springs are kind of bad on mini Glocks.
Glock 21 10mm Conversion Reliability
Fits my G 21 Gen 4 model. The only other thing I need to buy is the G20 magazine, which I'm ready to shoot. No other parts need to be changed. No problem with the function. Accuracy is at least as good as a 45 ACP barrel. I believe it shoots more accurately, but I haven't compared the targets yet. My main concerns are functionality and recoil. For the various ammo I've tried, the standard recoil spring seems to be adequate. I ordered and waited for a follow-up order. I waited about 3 weeks for the bucket to show up in my mailbox. The barrel appears to be of high quality. Very happy with my purchase. Years ago, it was popular to see stories about conversions from one caliber to another in firearms books. I think the king of these conversions is the 1911. I use .22, .30 Luger, 9mm, .38 Super, .40 S&W, 10mm, .400 Cor Bon, .41 Avenger, .45 ACP, .44 Magnum Single, .45 Super and .460 Rowland. Some conversion options are gimmicky and not worth the effort. However, if you like these things, they are a pleasant distraction.

The Glock conversion is more practical. For example, a while back I bought a nice used Glock Model 22 .40 S&W that used to be a police issued pistol. The gun is well used. Most are Glock trade-ins, some are refurbished to some degree.
Maintenance depends on the agency and can range from no maintenance for many small departments to excellent maintenance for federal agencies. Most have spare magazines. I would look carefully at the price - probably better to buy a 5th gen Glock. No Gen 5 pistols unless you want a .40.
As for myself, I wouldn't fall for all calibers being the same horse squeezer, and neither should you. The 9mm +P+ is a good police caliber, as is the 9mm +P, especially the new Hornady Flex Lock adopted by the FBI, but the .40 S&W hits better. This is physics. I've shot deer in .40, but when it comes to 9mm, it's just not my thing.

My gun is marked Atlanta PD. Very good condition, spare magazines and original grips in the box. The advantage is that the pistol is equipped with a Glock night vision system. Even though they are dark, the steel sights hold sights much better than standard factory Glock sights.
The trigger action is steady at 5.5 pounds. The surfaces are slightly worn, the barrel guard and the muzzle have normal shooting wear. While I love the .40 and its power and don't find it difficult to hold and shoot, the 9mm is cheaper and more plentiful. Although the .40 is not a hard round, the 9mm has less recoil.
I got a 9mm conversion barrel. The .40 has a slightly larger breech and a different oil draw, so I don't know how these conversion barrels work. First, I checked the Glock with a .40 bullet. These include the Hornady 155 capsules XTP and 180 capsules XTP.
When considering the most powerful loadings, the .40 caliber pistol is not only good for personal defense and service, but also a good choice for animal protection. For dingoes and big cats, I think the most powerful .40 caliber load is a good choice.

Next I tried converting buckets. At first I used mixed ammo bags left over from other tests, including hollow point and FMJ loads. I use .40 caliber magazines. After a few hundred rounds, this pistol is reliable enough for practice, but not for service use. Aim and strike points are good for practice, with slightly less recoil than .40. Accuracy at least 9mm Glock 17.
The magazine feeds the first 12 or 13 rounds, but the last two or three rounds tend to short cycle. For the last three rounds, the magazine spring force has little force on the cartridge, we use a 9mm pistol in the pistol and set the recoil spring for the .40. After changing the Glock 17 9mm magazine, the pistol performed better. Reliability improves to about 95% to 98% and cycle failures of the last cartridges are common.
This is a good practice conversion. 9mm is economical and has affordable precision loads like the Fiocchi 124 grain FMJ and conversion barrels provide affordable practice. However, it is not service-grade reliable, and the Glock .40 tested was 100% in all load tests. Maybe a 9mm recoil kit with a 9mm magazine could speed this piece up.
Next I want to try a .22 caliber converter. Tactical Solutions .22 conversions are made from quality materials and deliver what they promise. The unit does not have a spare magazine and I admit that the conversion is not intended for tactical use. But I ordered spare magazines because I don't like any gear without spare magazines.
Acp Glock For Hd /shtf ?
The conversion is on a Glock frame and the magazine is loaded with Fiocchi .22 Long Rifle High Velocity ammo. Guns and mods start firing. With over 500 rounds of mixed ammo - all high velocity loads - the conversion has never failed to feed, chamber, fire or eject. I really like it. Accuracy is good, the actual accuracy of the device is slightly below the standard of the Glock 17 9mm pistol. Two inches or better at 15 yards is average.
I almost forgot I have a .357 SIG Bar Sto Precision barrel. So, it's actually a four caliber Glock pistol. That said, I stick with three calibers for practical use, the .40 for defense, the .22 for training and practice, and the 9mm for center shooting practice. The .357 SIG is interesting though.
Borrow .40 magazine with Fiocchi .357 SIG FMJ. It turned out really well. Functionality is 100% and absolute accuracy is the best in the test - thanks to the Bar Sto barrel. I got a few shots off at 25 yards with the two-inch Glock, but only fired one shot that day out of the Bar Sto barrel and Fiocchi ammo.
The 22 caliber conversion was the original type of conversion and it was fun to have a gun that could fire multiple rounds. Other pistols have a utility that makes life fun. It's worth noting that my tri-caliber Glock should see a lot of use. First for the Mods... I was hesitant to start this thread, but based on a similar thread in the private section, I'll give it a try. I'll delete it right now. For those of you who don't have access to the private part, please don't ruin it with stuff that has nothing to do with my Glock problem.
Review] Glock 20: Best 10mm Out There?
I have a Gen 3 G21sf with 45 acp. I got it back the other day when the company lowered the barrel to allow for 10mm shooting but didn't buy the tube. Now that my other projects have caught up, I might revisit it. The point is that the newer Glock 45 acp models are better suited for barrel conversions. Calls to Lone Wolf, KKM, etc. indicated that they were supposed to be special order, but they didn't have time due to catalog item demands. Does anyone know if the dealer or manufacturer conversion rate is going down or still going down? I already have the extractor, recoil spring and magazine.
